What kind of training goes on at A-Force BJJ?

At A-Force BJJ we offer BJJ sessions with a gi, without a gi (no-gi), and also judo sessions.

GI classes

Traditionally, in BJJ training, the kimono (Gi) is used for throws, locks, and chokes

No-gi classes

The popularity of MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) greatly boosted the popularity of No-Gi BJJ, as fighters looked to develop effective grappling skills without using the traditional BJJ uniform - the Gi.
